Patient Lee is just really a good writer. She develops characters, creates settings you can feel and see and smell, and creates stories that you read for more than just the erotic ending. I'm now a fan. This was a sweet, touching story that ranged far beyond the romance at the center of it. The characters were real, and their problems were heartbreaking. No ridiculously well-endowed mannequins pretending to be humans here. Homelessness, bigotry, and the confusion and fear of becoming an adult and finding your way are all vividly portrayed in this romantic, erotic, beautiful story. Even the sex scene, in addition to being hot, is tender and full of heart and character. You may even cry a little.
Seriously, if you're looking for intelligent erotica, read this.

Mobile Home for the Holidays edition by Patient Lee Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
Very good story of finding who you are falling in love and discovering your true self. Making love for the first time and learning it's okay to accept help.
Wish the story went on. I could see Morgan and Hailey sequel.
Patient Lee did a great job.
Very well written and a heart warming story. This is an adult story of two young women coming to understand their attraction while dealing with the problem of being homeless. Explicit F/F scenes.
Would recommend it
With this story Patient Lee shows where she excels. She is wonderful when it comes to first time lesbian characters. The fear the desire for the forbidden. Then the self-examination and coming to grips with what a person wants. Spectacular writing.
For Morgan the streets were rough, hard and growing steadily colder. Finding a friend was a good start but even still she was facing the worst that can this world can throw at people. A short brutal life, scavenging food from dumpsters.
Hailey was only a car payment from that cold street herself. And yeah a friend to share her car helped. But not enough, despair was closing in.
But together? Together, first as friends then as young women in love, they might could make it. With help from people that didn’t know they needed help they could do even more than that. They could life a wonderful life together. Off the cold streets and into a warm haven.
Spectacular writing and emotionally power, incredible story Patient Lee. Bravo! MST
Let me begin by stating I seldom give five stars, and if I am opening up an erotica book I normally want boundary-pushing, acrobatic sex!
Normally, I say. But I also very much require some kind of plot that not only serves as a backdrop to the erotic scenes but lends some
credibility to the story.
For that reason this read was very satisfying. It seemed the author, Patient Lee, was really able to put herself in the position of her main character,
Hailey Jay. This made me think Hailey was more than fiction. Hailey is homeless, but not a bum. She has a job and a car, she simply can't afford housing at the
moment. My favorite scene was the one where Hailey and Morgan (you'll have to read to see who Morgan is) had pizza; such a realistic, touching scene.
And Morgan is apprehensive and guarded. But luck, combined with persistence on Hailey's part, finally reach Morgan, and she opens up. Soon, Hailey is shocked
to learn something about herself that is life-changing. In the end, the girls exchange gifts, and Hailey helps Morgan get closure; more depth. I loved it.
This read is many things-tantalizing and unique come to my mind. Also interesting is the lack of any sex scenes until halfway through. But, I like that.
A good story takes time to tell, and this buildup to what you know is coming serves as kind of a foreplay between the author and reader.
This is my first Patient Lee book, and I will be reading more.
A heart-felt story of two young women brought together by need. They find love with each other and people in their lives. Great story!
